Responsibilities

Lead Buyer for all indent materials across all company projects
In charge of logistics and shipment of all indent materials
Monitor the material status report of all Procurement Specialist
Prepare Bi-monthly Summary Accomplishment report of materials for awarding and delivery – expected vs actual accomplishment

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience in Supervisory level in Procurement
Knows how to speak Mandarin and Cantonese
Knowledgeable in Shipment & Logistics from Port of Origin to Manila Project Site
Knowledgeable in BOC Policy, DTI requirements for Imported Tiles and DENR Permit for Raw Wood Materials Importation
With experience in Construction Materials and Supply Chain Operations in real estate industry
