Indent Procurement Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead Buyer for all indent materials across all company projects
- In charge of logistics and shipment of all indent materials
- Monitor the material status report of all Procurement Specialist
- Prepare Bi-monthly Summary Accomplishment report of materials for awarding and delivery – expected vs actual accomplishment
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Supervisory level in Procurement
- Knows how to speak Mandarin and Cantonese
- Knowledgeable in Shipment & Logistics from Port of Origin to Manila Project Site
- Knowledgeable in BOC Policy, DTI requirements for Imported Tiles and DENR Permit for Raw Wood Materials Importation
- With experience in Construction Materials and Supply Chain Operations in real estate industry
